Online Child Porn Sting Lures Middle-Aged Indiana Man |

When Mark Ellerbrock entered an online chat room in late-August 2008, cops say he was hoping to find a good time. What he found, instead, was his greatest nightmare come-to-life.
By Ellerbrock's standards, cops tell us the 'good time' he was seeking was the intimate company of a teenage girl, whom, according to police, he fully intended to have sexual intercourse with.
After sparking up a conversation with the person he presumed to be a young girl and determining what kind of sexual activity the pair would engage in, Ellerbrock and his new-found friend agreed on a time and place to meet up -- but not before he expressed his gravest concern: getting nabbed by police for his perverted actions.
Once the 'girl' quelled his fears, Ellerbrock told her he'd swing by and pick her up in his blue Honda Accord the following afternoon. |

Cops: Devious Pedophile Has Deviant Plans |

With tires screeching, Ellerbrock pulled his maroon Dodge Grand Caravan into the parking lot of a local grocery store, hoping to meet his next sexual target.
What he met, instead, was an undercover police officer, posing as a 15-year-old girl.
After introducing himself, the 'girl' -- really a 21-year-old police decoy -- asked Ellerbrock why he wasn't driving the blue Accord. Ellerbrock said he was driving his van that day, instead.
It was a van which, police say, had all the seats removed, and resembled a motel room on wheels.
Immediately, a bevy of investigators approached the van and removed him from the vehicle, at which point, police say, Ellerbrock told them he just happened to be in the area, and was stopping by the store to get something to drink.
A short time later, cops say he started to crack, revealing to officers that he planned on meeting a teenage girl at the grocery store, just to say 'hi' before driving halfway across the state to meet up with an older woman for an alleged sexual encounter.
Though cops did not arrest him at that time, they requested that he accompany them to the police department for questioning.
It's at that point when Kokomo, Ind. Police Lt. Don Whitehead says Ellerbrock confessed to traveling to Kokomo "for the purpose of having sexual contact with a child he believed to be 15 years old".
After giving his statement, officers eventually followed Ellerbrock approximately 75 miles back to his apartment in Bluffton, where they confiscated his computer in order to gather more evidence for their case against him.
When a bench warrant was issued for his arrest just two days later, Ellerbrock was nowhere to be found. |

The unemployed, divorced man was last known to be driving a maroon 1990 Dodge Grand Caravan SE with an American Flag-emblazoned "In God We Trust" license plate, DW7207.
Cops believe he's sold most or all of his belongings, and he may have hit the road with his mobile love shack in an unknown direction.
The balding, middle-aged man may be using a Yahoo! Chat alias of "marcus46714" or something similar, in an attempt to pick up young, underage girls for his sexually deviant purposes.
