Cops: Man Shot By Co-Worker |
|
| |
On Sunday, Sept. 27, 2008 around 3:45 p.m., police were called to a wooded area of Turner County, Ga., near I-75.
There, cops say they found the body of 58-year-old Tommy Giles.
Tommy, a local resident of Ty Ty, Ga., had been shot to death according to authorities, and dumped in the area around 10:30 a.m.
One of Tommy's co-workers in the construction business, Nathan Holley, 34, was spotted in the area around the time the body was dumped, Special Agent Ben Collins of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said.
Holley agreed to an interview with investigators on Sunday night, but cops say he fled instead.

The motive for the killing appears to be robbery according to Collins.
On Oct. 6, 2008 police say they found Holley's red 2000 GMC Sierra pick-up truck, possibly used in the crime.
Holley is armed and dangerous. He is known to be carrying a 22-caliber rifle and a 7mm magnum rifle, according to cops.
Police say Holley is likely using methamphedamines and might be in Cordele, Ga. in Crisp County.
He has a tattoo on his right upper arm of an eagle and an American flag.
