Police Search For Missing Woman In Tennessee |

Police in Knoxville, Tenn. are working around the clock in hopes of finding a 21-year-old woman who went missing from a hotel there on Sept. 19, 2008.
Before police announced nationwide search efforts for Jennifer Lee Hampton, she was better known as a sweet girl from Florence, Ala. She's a former high school homecoming queen, who recently found work at a local restaurant.
Detectives with the Knoxville Police Department say it was her job that led her to Knoxville on Sept. 16, where she was helping co-workers open another restaurant.
Jennifer was last seen that Friday at around 9 p.m. When she didn't show up for work the following day, her co-workers knew something was wrong. Police quickly responded and learned that Jennifer was missing. |

Police Searching For Eyewitnesses |

Police are looking for as many clues as possible in the case in hopes of finding Jennifer. Her family in Alabama say they are heartbroken and are working to bring Jennifer back home.
Police say anyone with information needs to come forward. They say that they are specifically looking to speak with anyone who may have seen "suspicious activity" between late on that Friday night and early that Saturday morning.
Jennifer was staying at the Days Inn on Lovell Road in Knoxville.
