Not only is Howard well-versed in automotive technology and diesel mechanics, he also has a history of working in grocery stores, stocking shelves on the evening shifts. Cops say he may even be a certified truck driver, and is known to have contacts in a variety of states.
At last check, Howard's father lives in Ellicott City, Md., which just so happens to be the last place he was spotted. When cops showed up at the house to question him, they noticed Howard's car parked in the street.
