  Case Story
  Ace's Long Criminal History
If you look up "Career Criminal" in the dictionary, you might not be surprised to find a picture of Alfonzo "Ace" Bullock; police say he has been in and out of prison for nearly his entire adult life, and any time he gets out of the joint, he hasn't gone long without returning to his criminal ways. Most recently, Bullock served time for possession of narcotics with intent to distribute and carrying a firearm after a prior felony conviction. He was released in January 2007 after a seven-year stint. But cops say Bullock's impressive rap sheet was about to get a bloody addition. Bullock was only out of prison for a few months before starting a neighborhood feud with Frank Hayworth.  Lieutenant Scott Cannon of the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Department says that Frank confronted Bullock about trying to steal property from his family; Bullock was very upset by Frank confronting him and he stated he was going to kill Frank for his "disrespectful behavior," Cannon says. Witnesses told police they believe Bullock is crazy, and people tried to avoid him.  According to Lt. Cannon, Frank just made the mistake of getting on Bullock's bad side and making himself a target. Weeks later, Bullock was sitting on outside a house in the neighborhood when Frank showed up.  Cops say Bullock followed Frank inside, pulled out a handgun and shot him in the head.

Bullock Trying To Stay Out Of Prison
After the shooting, cops say Bullock and the witnesses fled, leaving Frank rolled up in a rug in the living room.  Bullock has not been seen since. He shouldn't be hard to spot. He is covered in gang tattoos, including tats on his fingers, arms, neck, abdomen and back.  He also has two teardrop tattoos under his left eye. Bullock could be anywhere, but cops say Bullock isn't getting any help from his family. Lt. Cannon says that they are decent, hard-working people and they refused to give him any help or hide him. Cops are asking for the public's help in finding Alfonzo Bullock to ensure that freedom isn't in the cards for "Ace." -- By Scott Kaptur
