Convicted Sex Offender Runs From Polygraph |

Fred Scott has three child molestation convictions on his rap sheet. Police say that's why his recent disappearance may mean trouble.
After his most recent release in 2005, Scott was ordered to report periodically to a parole officer. When he failed to show up on Feb. 12, 2007, police grew fearful. They say just before he fled, he was ordered to take a polygraph test to discuss his recent activity. Authorities believe his disappearance only makes him look like he has something to hide. Cops are are eager to know what that is.
His most recent conviction in 1999 was for the rape and sodomy of four girls around the age of eight. His plan of attack involved setting up a babysitting company from his home to get access to a number of girls in his Bronx neighborhood.
Police say Scott's disappearance should not be taken lightly. He is considered one of New York State's Most Wanted fugitives. Scott may be hiding in Philadelphia or the Bronx, where he has family. He will charged under the Adam Walsh Act for failing to register as a sex offender.
