Cops say that 16-year-old Amber Westbrook and 40-year-old Matthew Caulk were having an ongoing relationship after they met at her apartment complex, where Caulk was also living.
The last time somebody saw both of them was on Sep. 26, 2007 in Morrison, Colo. at around 6:30 p.m. Now cops believe they are traveling together to an unknown destination and are concerned because Caulk is wanted in Montana for failing to register as a Sex Offender.
Caulk may be driving a red 2000 Mercury Cougar. |
