I need your help to find the persons responsible for killing my daughter and dumping her body in the woods. My daughter was sweet and had a heart of gold. Everyone who met her liked her. She was my only daughter and I miss her so much.
Cops say 27-year-old Brandy Gibson was found dead in the woods on November 15, 2005 in the 3700 block of 53rd Avenue East in Palmetto, Fla. Her mother, Ruth Gentry, is left to support Brandy's four young children who ask about their mother everyday.
They don't want to have Christmas, they just want their mom back. The little ones still cry for their mother when they get hurt or are angry. I tell them their mom is a guardian angel. Brandy isn't just another body, she was a good person and she would have helped anybody.
Desperate For Answers
She had always kept in contact with me and after five days of not hearing from her, I knew something was wrong. She wouldn't do something like this to herself and she wouldn't put us through this. She had street smarts and always found her way out of a bad situation. No one knows how she died but I know she didn't end up in the woods by herself.
Ruth is offering an award of $5,000.00 in exchange for answers that might lead to an arrest or conviction. Police have no legitimate leads at this time.
I am willing to pay out everything I have just to find out why she ended up like this. I feel her case has been neglected and I hope they find out who did this because I feel there will be more bodies that end up out there. |
