National Guardsman Sought In Wife's Murder |

Cops in Cheyenne, Wyo. are currently looking for a Wyoming National Guardsman who they believe killed his estranged wife as she performed with her band on July 14, 2007.
Police say that 40-year-old Robin Munis had been separated from her husband, David, for a few weeks and that she had moved out of their home. On July 13, 2007, Robin reported to authorities that she had received several harassing, but non-threatening phone calls from David.
The next day, Robin was scheduled to sing with her alt-country band, Ty and The Twisters, at the Old Chicago restaurant in Cheyenne. A few minutes after midnight, Robin was singing on stage when a shot rang out from outside the eatery. Seconds later, she was dead.
Police believe that David Munis utilized sniper training acquired in the military to shoot Robin from as far as 100 yards away. A truck similar to the type Munis owns was seen by witnesses leaving the scene just after the shooting.
Currently, police believe that David Munis may have taken refuge in one of the region's vast national forests. Munis served in the Army before enlisting in the Wyoming National Guard in 2003. Cops say that he has been described as an avid outdoorsman and is to be considered armed and dangerous.
