3-year-old Abducted From Foster Family's Home |

Pennsylvania police have issued an AMBER Alert for 3-year-old Jiane Fitzpatrick, who was abducted on Thursday, August 31, 2006 from her foster parents' Bensalem, Penn. home.
Cops say little Jiane was with her foster family on the porch of their second floor apartment, when Christian A. Willis forced his way over the balcony, assaulted the foster parents, and abducted the child shortly after 9:00 a.m. Cops say Willis is a former boyfriend of Jiane's mother -- who is currently incarcerated in a federal penitentiary in Philadelphia. |

According to police, Willis had been living in a Red Cross shelter in Bristol Township, Penn., but was allegedly evicted the day before Jiane's abduction for drug-related reasons. Cops say Willis' mother, Natalie Brown, was also present at the scene of the abduction.
Police say after taking Jiane, Willis and Brown put the child in a red 1997 Buick Regal four-door sedan with Penn. plate FXY-9677 and fled. |
