Authorities in Springfield, Illinois have issued an AMBER alert for 4-year-old Cassandra McNear who was last seen on February 21, 2006. According to officials, Cassandra was abducted by her non-custodial father, Adam McNear, and the pair may be headed to Highland, CA.
Cassandra is described as a 4-year-old white female who is 3 feet tall and weighs 42 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a pink and red t-shirt, pink pants, white Nike tennis shoes and a pink coat with pictures of cats on it.
