A Couple And Their Unborn Baby Murdered |

When police in New Baltimore, Mich. arrived at the home of Scott and Melissa Berels on Feb. 16, 2006, they were horrified by what they saw. Under a tarp in one of the bedrooms were the 27-year olds' bodies, wrapped in plastic and bound with duct tape. And even more horrifying -- Melissa was 10 weeks pregnant.
Police say they know exactly who is responsible for the disgusting crimes: 27-year-old Patrick Selepak and 19-year-old Samantha Bachynski -- but cops have not yet been able to locate them. |

Police Hunt Suspected Killers |

Police say there was evidence that Selepak and Bachynski had forced their way into the Berels' house -- but the only things missing were the couple's car, a white 1996 Saturn, and their bank card.
Now, the hunt is on for the couple, who is also wanted in connection with an armed robbery of a gun store in Michigan and several armed robberies of convenience stores and fast food restaurants.
Police have recovered Scott and Melissa's stolen Saturn, but they say Selepak and Bachynski may have switched to another car. They think they might be traveling in Bachynski's silver or grey 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass.
Authorities are considering the couple to be extremely dangerous -- police say Selepak and Bachynski have in their possession at least two assault rifles that were taken during the gun store robbery. |
