AMBER Alert Issued, Grandmother Charged |

Authorities in Tennessee have issued an AMBER alert for 16-month-old Neveah McMinnis who was last seen with her grandmother Harriet McMinnis on February 9, 2006 in Ashland City, TN. Cops say Neveah's mother dropped off Neveah at her grandmother's house, but when Neveah's mother returned to pick the child up, she was missing. Now, officials have charged Harriet McMinnis with kidnapping.
Police say the pair may be traveling in a 1992 blue Buick Centry with Tennessee license plate EDA491. Neveah is 37 inches tall and weighs 28 pounds. She was last seen wearing a tigger outfit with black and orange stripe plants and has pierced ears with sapphire earrings. Harriet McMinnis is a 38-year-old white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. |
