Cops arrested Leslie Mollett on a parole violation but on December 15, 2005, authorities charged him with criminal homicide, theft, resisting arrest, feeling or attempting to elude police, beling a felon in posession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license to do so and disarming a law-enforcement officer. Cpl. Pokorny  joined the state police in 1983 after graduation from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind. and spent much of his career working dangerous undercover narcotics and vice details.
