Police: A Couple Of Perverts |

Police in Collin County, Texas say Patty Ann Kenley and her husband Phillip are perverts. According to authorities, between April and June 1997, Patty sexually assaulted an 11-year-old boy in her husband's presence. They say Phillip simply watched, allowing the disgusting sex crimes to take place.
Arrest warrants were issued for the Kenleys on June 13, 1997 -- and later that day, the couple was arrested. But, like so many other criminals, they posted bond and didn't show up for their scheduled court date.
Police believe the pair fled together and may still be traveling together, but they also say it's possible the Kenleys have split up. Now, both are wanted for sexual assault and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Police believe they may have ties to Springville, Ark., but could be anywhere. |
