Police Say Predator Probably Has More Victims |

Experts say child sexual predators are one of the most disturbing types of criminals because they can often blend in anywhere, and usually re-offend. And as time passes, these pedophiles are more likely to accumulate more victims and commit more crimes.
Florida police say Kevin Donner is one of these pedophiles. They say he raped an 8-year-old boy back in 1994 -- and because he's been on the run for more than a decade, they fear he could have victimized many more children by now.
Donner has been charged with three counts of sexual battery upon a child under 12 years of age and two counts of lewd assault in the presence of a child. Now, authorities hope to track him down before another child is harmed. |
