  Case Story
My Story - by John K. Tullos, Jr.
Our family needs your help locating a fugitive that took our father's life on April 23, 2005 in a head on collision and left the scene of the accident, without even checking to see if the person that he hit was dead or alive. Our father was rushed to Greenville, MS to Delta Regional Hospital where he was put on life support with multiple injuries suffered in the accident... including losing his right ear. And we also found out later that he was paralyzed from the waist up. He lost his battle for life on May 13 2005 he was only 66 years old. Email My Story To A Friend Jimmy Ray was a man who loved life and his family. He also loved music and at the age of 66 he still loved to perform. He was the lead singer in a band called the Thunderbirds and he even sang at his granddaughters wedding. He enjoyed fishing and had a soft, easy going personality. Jimmy also loved playing pool and, in fact, it would be one of the last things he would ever do.

Jimmy Ray Dies After A Head On Collision
On the night of April 23, 2005 Jimmy was driving home after playing pool. He was on Highway 82 in West Lake Village, Arkansas near the Mississippi state line when his pickup truck was hit head on by a large truck coming from the other direction. Cops say the driver of that truck was Cecil Lawrence Allen, Jr. The truck belonged to a traveling Carnival company named Bluff City Shows and according to the owners, although Allen had worked for them, they said he did not have a drivers license and he had stolen that truck. According to a witness, Allen fled the scene without checking on Jimmy. He asked a 17 year old driver who had stopped to help for a ride to a nearby truck stop. The young man was scared and did what he was asked. The young witness said Allen used his cell phone to call someone while they were on the way. He dropped Allen off at the truck stop and then went home and immediately told his father what had happened. They called the police, but by the time they got back to the truck stop, Allen was gone.

  Fugitive Wanted For Vehicular Homicide
Allen is wanted for Vehicular Homicide and has a felony warrant for leaving the scene of an accident with injuries. He may be hiding out in Kentucky where he may have had a girlfriend. We miss him very much and if there was a way we could bring him back, we would.
