Brandon Theodore James is a handsome and rather charming fellow. Some say he could have most any woman he wants, but the ladies don't entice him. Instead police say James loves to lure young boys of single parents into his bedroom.
Investigators say James is a proud, registered member of The National Man Boy Love Association (NMBLA). He's a dangerous sex offender who's in hiding, according to cops.
Investigators tell AMW that James has a solid plan to molest children. They say he moves into small towns and will join local churches. James is a smooth talker, and is able to befriend single moms.
He uses his good looks to win over the ladies, and once he's on their good side, he slowly works his way into spending "quality time" with their children. Cops say kids think he's a cool guy because James allegedly lets them drink alcohol and look at porn magazines. |

Feigning Friendship and Love |

Investigators don't believe his faith is genuine. He's never been heard quoting scripture, and in Sioux Falls, S.D., police say James molested two boys within a year. He's known to socialize with older women in their 30's and 40's because their children are a bit older, between 12 - 14 years of age.
James served time in a state penitentiary in 1990 and 1993 for committing Lascivious Acts with Children, and Child Molestation. Police fear his little song and dance has been reeling in children for more than 15 years now, and they think there may be more victims.
In 1992, the Ottumwa County Iowa Sheriff's office investigated James, and the sexual predator admitted to abusing a 5-year-old child, and said that there are other victims that no one knows about. |
