Murder On A Bicycle |
|
| |
On November 30, 2003, a local Hallandale Beach, Florida man was shot to death in front of a group of witnesses. According to police, all of the witnesses fingered Edwin "Phil" Delorme as the trigger man.
Police were familiar with Delorme. They knew him as a local crack cocaine dealer, who had been indicted on drug charges months earlier. Cops claim that prior to his indictment, Delorme became increasingly violent, climaxing with the shooting death of Glenn Toney. That day, witnesses told police the two men had been in a fight, and Toney had gotten the better of Delorme. Cops say after retreating on his bicycle, Delorme came back armed with a gun and took his opponent out. Then, witnesses say he calmly rode off on his bicycle once again.
Investigators have been unable to locate him. |
