Police Issue AMBER Alert |

As a preventative measure police have issued an AMBER Alert. Issavara Sathisemakul, 30, was last seen at the at the home of the baby's father at 1750 Harvard Blvd. about 10 p.m. The father had obtained a restraining order against the woman for allegedly abusing the child during a domestic violence incident about a month ago. Sathisemakul was driving a 1998 2-door white Honda Civic, California license plate 5GVU482. |

Police Hope Clues Will Help Deliver Answers |

Sathisemakul, who is from Thailand, is 5 feet 3, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a brown shirt, blue pants and black sandals. Police are watching the roads, and have notified airport police to be on the lookout for the pair in case the woman tries to fly back to Thailand. The 15-pound infant was dressed in white clothing. According to police Sathisemakul has no known friends or relatives in the region. |
