Police Say She Was Killed For Talking To Her Mother |

According to Baltimore County Police, 15-year-old Quatrina Johnson was living in a foster home and became very close to her foster sister. But Quatrina was wary of her foster sister's boyfriend, 24 year old Jason Richards, who police say took advantage of the teenage girl.
Quatrina took her concerns to her foster mother. She in turn called police and Richards was then charged with statutory rape. Cops say Richards blamed his arrest on Quatrina and developed a huge grudge against her. |

Finding Revenge |

On July 19, 2004 Quatrina and her foster sister snuck out of the house to go a party. At that party police say the girls met up with Jason Richards and his friend Eric Watkins; it was a chance for Richards to seek revenge.
Police say Richards and his friend Watkins murdered 15-year-old Quatrina. In a cruel and clumsy effort to hide the crime, police say the men then took her body to a park in Pikesville, Maryland and burned it. |
