Cops Say Molester Targeted His Girlfriend's Teenage Daughter |

In January of 2002, Winston Whittingham was charged with molesting and raping his girlfriend's 14-year-old daughter multiple times over a period of time. Whittingham was arrested and subsequently released pending a trial date, but was ordered not to have any contact with the victim whatsoever.
Then again in April of 2003, police were called to the victim's high school to investigate further allegations of abuse. Once more, charges were drawn up on Whittingham. Before an arrest could be made, cops believe Whittingham was tipped off and presumably left town. Detectives have been unable to locate him. |
