Fugitive allegedly shoots at a cop |

Cops in Pendleton, Oregon say, on October 26, 1997, Djusberg got into an argument with an off-duty tribal police officer in a Pendleton tavern. Cops say when the officer left the bar, Djusberg, armed with a handgun, stepped out from behind a tree and fired two shots at the officer, but missed. He fled the scene and escaped. |

Fugitive allegedly abducts and tortures friend |

Cops in Eugene, Oregon say, on August 2, 2000, Djusberg kidnapped a friend on the way home from a day of fishing. They say, once at the victims home, Djusberg tortured her and threatened to kill her and her parents. She was able to escape the following morning, prompting a stand-off. After the extensive stand-off, cops entered the home to find that Djusberg had slipped away. |
