John Stoneman and his girlfriend, Patricia Kelley, are wanted by the Guernsey County, Ohio Sheriff's Deputies, the Cincinnati office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Columbus office of the Bureau of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement for the rape of a minor.
Cops say it is the worst case they've ever investigated. They say the pair videotaped their sexual assault of a profoundly handicapped four-year-old child. Police say Patricia Kelley was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and she was charged with the daily care of the disabled girl. The little girl suffers from spina bifada, hydrocephalus, diabetes, and a seizure disorder that leaves her blind and unable to communicate or move. |

California ICE Case Links To Stoneman's Computer |

Cops started looking into Stoneman when child pornography was found during a San Jose, California ICE investigation. Agents linked the porn to a computer in Stoneman's Cambridge, Ohio home. Police arrested Stoneman, but he quickly posted bond for the child pornography charges. He failed to appear for his next court date on July 7, 2003. Agents say the pair fled together.
Police say subsequent searches of the home that he and Kelley shared uncovered many more crimes, including the videotape of the assault on the four-year-old diabled child. Deputies also say they discovered a two-way mirror with a video camera behind it used to tape minors changing clothes. They are still determining how many juveniles were victimized by this couple. |

Police have tracked their travels in and out of Pennsylvania and most recently in Canton, Ohio. The couple had been profiled on AMW several times, including when John Walsh named both Stoneman and Kelley as two of his Ten Most Wanted Fugitives of 2003. |
