Cops Quickly Name Suspect |

Given the severity of the crime, cops figured the killer was someone who knew the victims intimately and harbored a lot of anger toward them. The search for suspects began and ended with the dead couple's adopted son, James Singleton. Relatives told police that he'd recently been fighting with his parents, and tension had been building in the family.
James also owned a Chinese militia sword which had a blade consistent with the injuries sustained by Ralph and Sherida. But both James and the sword were gone. |
