Boyfriend Kidnaps Girlfriend's Son |

Tennessee police say Andrew Harold Smith kidnapped Alex Kiral. Cops say Andrew Harold, Kiral's mother's boyfriend, took the child at 8:30 pm on August 25, 2002. Smith may or may not be Alex's biological father, and police have charged him with kidnapping. Smith's three children from a previous marriage are believed to be traveling with the pair. Smith has threatened to harm all four of the children, rather than give them up.
