Cops: Mother's Boyfriend A Molester |

Police say that from March 1999 to February 16, 2000, Charles Runyan sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl multiple times. According to officials, Runyan was dating and had been engaged at one point to the victim's mother. Police say while he lived with the victim's mother, Runyan sexually abused her daughter.
Runyan was released on bond after being arrested for driving with a suspended license in 1999. Upon his release, officials say Runyan began to molest the victim in her house while her mother was gone. According to police, Runyan would have the thirteen-year-old sit on his lap, tell her that he wanted to wrestle with her, would then remove her underwear and have sex with her. Police say Runyan sexually assaulted the 13-year-old over twelve times and then went on the run. |
