  Al-Yacoub Wanted For Role In 1996 Saudi Arabia Bombing  
  Ibrahim Salih Mohammed Al-Yacoub has been indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia for the June 25, 1996 bombing of the Khobar Towers military housing complex in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The bombing killed 19 U.S. servicemen and one Saudi and wounded 372 other people. Al-Yacoub should be considered armed and dangerous.
