Bingo Hall Security Guard Murdered |

Larry Yarbrough is wanted for the 1997 murder of a bingo hall security guard in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Cops say on August 8, 1997, John Kinghorn, Sr., a security guard at the Dob and Win bingo hall in Oklahoma City, was walking the nightly cash from the hall to a nearby bank's night deposit slot. Before he could get there, cops say he was accosted by Larry Yarbrough, who was armed. According to officials, a gunfight ensued where both Yarbrough and Kinghorn were shot. Police say Yarbrough was able to escape into a car with two accomplices, but Kinghorn died soon after the altercation. |

Months later, cops were able to arrest Dameyond Rollins and Gemonty Davis as the two accomplices, but Yarbrough was still on the run.Gemonty Davis was arrested and charged; it was just a matter of time before he admitted his involvement. He is currently in prison serving time for his part in the murder. Dameyond Rollins was also arrested in October of 1997, pled guilty to first degree murder and is serving time.
In December of 1997, cops say a prostitute in Detroit filed a report saying she had been beaten up by her pimp. According to officials, the prostitute fingered Larry Yarbrough and said that he was wanted for murder in Oklahoma City. When cops went to the address given, they say Yarbrough jumped out of a third story window and made his escape on foot - that was the last sighting of Larry Yarbrough. |
