Police Say Man Uses Drugs To Build Trust |

Police say Harold Richardson lures teens to his home with drugs and alcohol, builds their trust and then sexually abuses them. This alleged sex offender has police in Shasta County California on alert for the Redding area resident.
The hunt for Richardson intensified after cops filed a 25-count indictment against him in 1998. Police say the retiree is on the run for allegedly abusing a specific group of teenage girls. Authorities filed charges against him after some of his victims came forward and told police that Richardson threw wild parties for them before turning them into sexual abuse victims.
Richardson is one of four suspected offenders in Redding that police hope to capture. They say he took-off shortly after they interviewed him in connection with the case. |
