Last Known : West Chester, OH Mejia and his wife have lived in West Chester, Ohio since coming from Honduras in 2000. Jackelin Romero's homicide is only the second in 2006 for the Cincinnati-area West Chester community.

Last Seen : Georgetown, KY Dayton, KY New Orleans, LA Newport, KY Cops believe that when Greer took off from Georgetown, KY, he landed in Cincinnati, OH and then crossed the border into Northern Kentucky. Greer joined Victory Tabernacle Church in Georgetown, KY. Greer was working and living in the French Quarter. He was last seen on June 26, 2007.

Greer has said that he wants to live in the woods. Greer has stated that he would like to build his own church in Colorado. Before taking off, Greer said that he may go to Canada to start a new life. Cops arrested Greer in Cleveland, Texas on Dec. 22, 2006 for public intoxication. Greer was last seen by his stepbrother around Christmas 2006 in Georgia.

Last Known : Williamstown, KY Artrip had served 75 days at the Grant County Jail prior to the escape.

Last Seen : Richland County, OH Spillman is wanted on parole violation charges in Richland County, Ohio. U.S. Marshals say he has failed to register as a convicted sex offender.
Possible Location : Mansfield, OH Cincinnati, OH Columbus, OH Investigators think Spillman may be headed to southern Ohio.
Last Known : Mansfield, OH Richland County Sheriff's deputies say that Spillman stopped registering as a sex offender when he lived in there county.
